Terms and Conditions

Elle.academy Training Portal and Elle.health Practice Management Application.

Effective Date: 01 November 2024

 

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Elle.academy Moodle Training Portal (“elle.academy”) and all associated content and materials provided by Elle Health (Pty) Ltd (“Elle Health”). By accessing elle.academy or any of its content, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

1. Ownership and Copyright

1.1. All study materials and content provided within elle.academy are the exclusive property of Elle Health (Pty) Ltd and are protected under applicable copyright laws.
1.2. This includes, but is not limited to, PDF documents, video files, audio files, slides, interactive modules, and any other materials made available through the training portal or associated platforms.

 

2. Authorised Use

2.1. Access to elle.academy is granted exclusively to the registered user logging into the training portal.
2.2. Study materials may only be viewed and used for the purpose of personal learning and training by the authorised user.
2.3. Any unauthorised sharing, copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the content is strictly prohibited.

 

3. Confidentiality

3.1. All content provided through elle.academy is strictly confidential and intended solely for the registered user.
3.2. Users are prohibited from disclosing, distributing, or sharing any content from elle.academy or the Elle Health Practice Management Application (“elle.health”) in any form, whether electronically, physically, or otherwise, without prior written consent from Elle Health.

 

4. Breach and Legal Recourse

4.1. Any breach of confidentiality or unauthorised distribution of content will be treated as a violation of these terms and may result in legal action.
4.2. Elle Health reserves the right to pursue personal claims for damages and legal costs, including attorney fees, against any individual found to have breached these terms.
4.3. Legal proceedings for any breach of these terms will be brought under the jurisdiction of Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa.

 

5. No Transfer of Rights

5.1. These terms do not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to users. All rights to the content remain exclusively with Elle Health.

 

6. General Provisions

6.1. Elle Health reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
6.2. Continued use of elle.academy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
6.3. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

7. Reservation of Rights

7.1. Elle Health reserves all rights.

 

By accessing or using elle.academy and/or elle.health, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
